Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where services or deliverables could not be provided as per the agreed scope of work.
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing (via email to hello@behindthescene.co.in) with clear details of the concern.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.
Non-Refundable Services
- Consultation fees, booking advances, and services that have already been initiated or delivered are non-refundable.
- Third-party/vendor charges (venues, artists, décor materials, logistics, etc.) are governed by their respective cancellation/refund policies and may not be refundable from our side.
Mode of Refund
- Refunds (where applicable) will be made through the original mode of payment (bank transfer/UPI/credit or debit card) only.
- You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
